We are in search of a skilled and committed Spanish Customer Service Representative to become part of our team, with a focus on delivering outstanding service. If you're fluent in Spanish, and English and enjoy helping customers, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Responsibilities :

Offer thorough customer support to English & Spanish-speaking clients.
Respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure positive customer interactions.
Collaborate with professionals to communicate accurate and relevant information.
Maintain detailed and precise records of customer interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Spanish.
Excellent communication abilities
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

Working Hours: 9 hours per day
