We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, closing sales, and providing chat-based support to both new and existing customers.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and are ready to grow fast in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales targets and daily outreach goals
Generate leads and report progress to the team leader
Engage with customers via chat and provide information about services, pricing, and timelines
Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Ensure smooth onboarding and follow-ups with new clients
Stay up to date on sales trends and communication techniques
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in a sales or customer support role (Freshers are welcome to apply!)
Excellent written communication and strong convincing ability
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
Able to work night shifts (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM) independently and meet performance targets
