Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Collaborate closely with the software development team and stakeholders.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Work with popular project management tools such as Jira and Trello.
- Follow Agile methodology in all project phases.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in project management.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Trello.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of the software development process.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
Desirable:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications in Scrum or other Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task efficiently.
Experience:
- Freshers are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
