We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development & Pre-sales Executive to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify potential leads within the target market.

  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate new business leads.

  • Prepare compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate Techsys.AI's PVT LTD value proposition and solutions.

  • Partner with the technical team to understand client requirements and craft tailored solutions.

  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to proposal submission and negotiation.

  • Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Techsys.AI’s PVT LTD services and competitive landscape.

  • Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the overall sales plan.

  • Follow up customers calls handle customers concerns inquires manage Accounts

  • Visiting clients and customers , calling, texting and  performing verbal non verbal communication through out the entire sales cycles to effective close deals

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in business development or a related field (IT, software development, digital marketing preferred).

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.

  • Strong understanding of the IT services industry and current market trends.

  • Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients at all levels.

  • Proficient in CRM software and comfortable using sales automation tools.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
