We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Tender Sales Manager to lead our tender sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through tender responses, building relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender Response Management: Lead the development and submission of tender responses to secure new business opportunities.
2. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and secure repeat business.
4. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
5. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
6. Proposal Writing: Write and edit proposals to ensure high-quality submissions that meet client requirements.
7. Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate and close deals to secure new business opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
3. Proven track record: Proven track record of success in tender sales, business development, or a related field.
