Job Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote residential and commercial properties available for sale.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up on inquiries from marketing campaigns, online platforms, and referrals.
- Client Engagement: Engage with prospective buyers, understand their property needs, and match them with suitable listings.
- Property Information: Provide detailed information about properties, including pricing, locations, features, and availability, ensuring clients are well-informed.
- Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential clients to nurture relationships and keep them informed of new properties and offers.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activity, and potential leads using CRM software.
Requirement:
- Minimum Graduation.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong Sales abilities
- Ability to provide exceptional Customer Support
- Experience in real estate or housing is mandatory
- Proven track record in sales targets achievement
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
