• To develop an HR strategy ensuring organizational development and effectiveness in order to support the achievement of the key corporate objectives.
  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling       managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Develop and implement effective performance Management system companywide to support a high performing culture at an individual and organizational level.
  • Manage & Implement Human Capital Management System Company wide, conduct UAT to all employee for effective training.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the timely and efficient hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • Develop and Implement employee capacity Building/development program, conduct training need analysis and plan training In-house/External Trainings accordingly.
  • Develop and implement an effective reward and recognition strategy to support the strategic objectives and to motivate staff.
  • Develop effective employee Compensation & Benefits structure companywide. Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Responsible for conducting new employee orientation and familiarization.
  • Provide guidance and direction to compensation and benefit system, and will develop strategic compensation plans, align performance management systems with compensation structure.
  • Responsible for conducting needs assessment have a hands-on role in evaluating overall employee performance to decide if the workforce would benefit from additional training and orientation.
  • Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to enhance their performance and professional growth.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Responsible for Payroll management system companywide and effective analysis of direct & indirect cost of the company.

Registered in 2008 under the Societies Act 1860, Hunar Foundations took its first batch in January 2010 in premises supplied by Delhi Mercantile Society, Karachi in its DMS School facility. The students gave their City & Guilds exam at the end of the year and till 2019 14 batches had graduated with one year diplomas. Since then Hunar has added its Rashidabad (near Tando Allah Yar), Lahore (Bedian Road), Multan (Pak Arab Fertilizer) and Kharian campuses as well as a women’s institute in Karachi that started in 2015 and is in the process of relocation to a new modern upgraded facility.
