Role Description

The Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales, including lead generation, cold calling, developing client relationships, and closing deals. They will work closely with the marketing and sales team to meet targets and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Knowledge of Web and Mobile technologies
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 4-5 years in sales.
  • Cold Calling Experience: Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting clients.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Relations: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Sales Techniques: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
  • CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software and managing sales pipelines.
  • Goal-Oriented: Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Team Player: Works well in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to handle objections and resolve issues.
