𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

  • Create and execute strategic sales plan that expands our customer base.
  • Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships.
  • Achieve company objectives by setting monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, and making forecasts.
  • Monitor day-to-day sales activities, including identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
  • Generate sales reports and forecasts that meet and exceed company sales revenue targets.
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
  • Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance.
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.

 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Master's in Business Studies is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager/ASM in solar/generator industry, preferably in
  • commercial and industrial sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of current solar technologies and renewable energy market in Pakistan.
  • Strong track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
