We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson for Truck Dispatching to join our team. If you have 1-2 years of experience in truck dispatching and a passion for sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We offer a competitive starting salary of PKR 40,000 with commission incentives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with trucking companies and independent truck drivers
- Actively seek out new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels
- Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to maximize profitability
- Coordinate and schedule truck dispatches efficiently and effectively
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operations and deliver superior results
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in truck dispatching
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of trucking operations, logistics, and industry practices
- Familiarity with dispatching software and tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
