Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketer and Lead Generation Expert to drive our email marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and executing effective email marketing strategies, as well as experience in generating high-quality leads for our IT services. This role is critical in helping us expand our client base and increase our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to promote Unitech Digital Studio’s services.
Manage and segment email lists to ensure targeted and personalized email communication.
Craft compelling email copy and design engaging email templates.
Analyze email marketing metrics and adjust strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance.
Identify and generate high-quality leads through various online channels.
Build and manage lead databases, ensuring the quality and accuracy of information.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for nurturing and converting leads.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in email marketing and lead generation, preferably in the IT or digital marketing industry.
Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track and measure campaign performance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns.
Knowledge of GDPR and email marketing best practices.
