Provide personalized service to customers
Identify & address customers’ immediate need ensuring positive customer experience
Implementation of an effective control environment in the branch
Act as a branch security officer, conduct security drills and train staff to remain vigilant and alert
Perform/lead assigned staff in conducting financial and non-financial transaction
To provide exceptional customer service and serve with a Smile
Exhibit vigilance and take precautionary measures with respect to security of cash counter
Be observant, alert and exercise customer due diligence while dealing with customers
Implementation of Controls & Compliance
Maintain and ensure growth of assigned Portfolio
Any other task assigned by BM/ BOM
