Qualifications/Competencies:
- Education: B.Sc Engineering (Electrical/Telecom/Computer Science)
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in core switching Network/transmission (Fresh graduates may be considered)
- Certifications: CCNA/CCNP certified
- Skills: Teamwork and excellent communication skills
Salary: 32K (negotiable based on experience)

Major Responsibilities:
- Monitoring power/hardware/environmental alarms
- Coordination with field staff of OFAN and NOD Field staff for different tasks and fault rectification
- Ticket monitoring and closure with correct Cause Codes (MSAGs/Partial Outage/GPON outage/Temp issues/Hardware issues)
- L3 support/coordination for hardware issues
- Partial Outage Reporting and resolution
- Analysis of cable cuts and measures to reduce total number
- Ring completion of MSAGs to improve network availability
- Opening and closing of tickets with vendors
- Cable cut restoration as per KPIs & SLAs
- Fiber built-up for commissioning of MSAGs/corporate/carrier links
- Generation of daily, weekly, monthly reports related to cable cuts/low power issues
