We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Floor Manager for our outbound Canadian project, as a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations.
You will manage the sales team & supervise the staff, and ensure that agents meet the targets.

Requirements
- Intermediate / Bachelors
- 2-3 Years Experience in USA/Canadian Campaign
