Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve assigned sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annually)
  • Identify key market segments, formulate a comprehensive database of prospects in all market segments, formulate strategies to capture and close opportunities within potential prospects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and prospects, understanding their key business needs related to ERP and effectively presenting and proposing D-Biz ERP solutions to address those needs
  • Collaborate and coordinate with presales and technical teams to ensure that the proposed solution aligns with client requirements.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports for performance evaluation and providing timely information to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of 4-5 years in B2B Software sales specially in ERP solutions and enterprise applications, across the Lahore market
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a good track record of meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets
  • Strong leadership and sales motivation skills to manage sales team in the future
  • In depth understanding of the Lahore corporate market in all segments and verticals with excellent C- level relationships
  • High proficiency in understanding of business processes relating to sales, finance, supply chain & procurement, HR System and other functions in corporate entities
  • Should have strong analytical & problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain positive attitude
  • Should be willing to travel on daily basis within Lahore and occasionally across Punjab region
