We are looking for 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲. It's a full-time office-based role.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶ties

Familiarity with freelance platforms and lead generation tools.
Craft and submit compelling project proposals on Upwork and other leading platforms.
Tailor proposals to precisely meet client requirements, showcasing our company's strengths and expertise.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through Freelancing and Social Media platforms.
Generate leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the IT or software development industry with 2 to 5 years of experience.
Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of software development, IT services, or related industries is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
