Prepare and submit LC applications, ensuring all required information and documentation are complete and accurate.
Examine and verify trade documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with LC terms.
Coordination with banks, and internal departments to facilitate smooth and timely LC transactions.
Maintain accurate records of all LC transactions and related documentation for reporting purposes.
Prepare and deliver reports on the LC process, shipment tracking, and payments.
Provide information and guidance on applicable custom duties and taxes to ensure compliance and cost-efficiency.
Handle the application process for PTA NOC, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are obtained.
