Data Scientist

We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and interpreting complex data, then collaborating with our Sales and Marketing teams to make data-driven recommendations. Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Research:

Collect and clean large datasets from various sources.
Identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic business decisions.

Collaboration with Sales & Marketing:

Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to translate data findings into actionable strategies and marketing campaigns.
Provide market intelligence to drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives.

Predictive Modeling & Visualization:

Develop predictive models using tools such as Python, R, or SQL to forecast performance and trends.
Create clear and concise data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Reporting & Presentation:

Prepare and deliver reports that highlight key insights and recommendations.
Present complex data in an understandable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:

Stay updated on market developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Provide periodic reports to keep internal teams informed of relevant market shifts.

Data Governance & Integrity:

Ensure the accuracy, security, and reliability of company data sources.
Follow best practices for data handling and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical tools.
Knowledge of machine learning techniques, statistics, or modeling preferred.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting technical findings to non-technical teams.
Teamwork & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary: PKR 80,000 – PKR 90,000 per month.
