Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the team starts work on time and manage absences.
- Utilize Odoo for project and team management.
- Oversee project tasks, create, and track updates.
- Ensure team members log their hours for each task.
- Review team presentations to ensure they meet client expectations.
- Prepare and present final PowerPoint presentations to clients.
- Communicate with clients throughout the project and keep the account manager informed of all updates.
- Collaborate with the project manager during the proposal phase to estimate hours required for each phase of the project for budgeting purposes.
- Identify staffing needs and coordinate with HR to arrange candidate interviews.
- Foster a positive culture of trust, honesty, and creativity within the team.
- Conduct appraisals for each team member based on a logical and agreed-upon framework.
Requirements:
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in Odoo.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in client liaison and project budgeting.
- Ability to create and maintain a positive team culture.
