We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Agent to join our US Truck Dispatching Campaign. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients in the US trucking industry, promoting our dispatching services, and securing business partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the US trucking sector.
- Present and explain our truck dispatching services, emphasizing their benefits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and techniques.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Meet and exceed performance expectations while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Job Requirements:-
- English Communication: (Necessary)
- 6-12 Months Sales Experience ( USA Truck Dispatching Campaign) ~ Preferred
- Candidate should be hardworking and punctual
- Must have proficient English communication skills
- Qualification: O-Levels, A-Levels, Bachelors
