We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to provide exceptional chat-based support to our customers. This role is 100% remote, and you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience from order placement to delivery. Your primary mode of communication will be through live chat and written communication, making proficiency in written English essential.

Key Responsibilities

Chat-Based Customer Support:

  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via live chat.
  • Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and exchanges.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Problem Solving:

  • Troubleshoot customer concerns by providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to resolve any order-related issues or delays.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.

Order Support:

  • Assist customers with order placement, payment processes, and product customization queries.
  • Provide updates on order status, shipping details, and delivery times.

Customer Feedback:

  • Collect and report feedback from customers to help improve the online shopping experience.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve our chat-based customer service process.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in customer service, preferably in an online or chat-based environment in travel industry.
  • Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English.
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on written responses.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Comfortable using chat platforms, CRM systems, and order management tools.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
