Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process student admission applications, ensuring that all required documentation is collected and verified accurately.
Assist prospective students and their families throughout the application process, providing clear guidance and support.
Review and assess applications to determine eligibility in accordance with company criteria.
Maintain accurate records of all admissions activities and update the admissions database regularly.
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate a smooth onboarding and orientation process for new students.
Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students, parents, and educational agents.
Participate in and help organize admission-related events such as open houses, campus tours, and information sessions.
Monitor admission metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 1.5 years of experience in an admissions role or a similar administrative position.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management systems.
Knowledge of the educational landscape and admission processes in Pakistan is an advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
