We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to help us grow our presence on top freelance platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of web development, web design, and graphic design, and will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and expanding our client base.

This role will require availability during Australian Standard Time (AUS), as the majority of our client interactions will occur within this timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management: Oversee and manage company profiles on freelance platforms (Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, PPH), ensuring they are optimized and consistently updated.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively bidding on relevant projects and responding to client inquiries.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business.
  • Proposal Writing: Craft compelling and professional proposals to clients, showcasing our expertise in web development, web design, and graphic design.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and deliverables to close contracts effectively while maintaining profitability for the company.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house web developers, designers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, particularly on freelance platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, or PPH.
    • Knowledge: Basic knowledge of web development, web design, and graphic design.
    • Availability: Must be available to work during Australian Standard Time (AUS) hours.
    • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling proposals and client correspondence.
    • Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to drive sales, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
    • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
    • Proven Track Record: Previous success in securing clients through online platforms is highly preferred.
