Job Summary:

We are looking for Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and secure sales. The person's primary objective is to build relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and present compelling solutions. With your excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities, you will play a vital role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads lists or generated leads.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and identify opportunities.
  • Present and explain the features and benefits of our products/services in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Handle objections and address concerns to build trust and overcome barriers to the sale.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the system.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Continuously update knowledge of products/services, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly resolving customer inquiries and issues.
  • Achieve or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a successful Telesales Representative, preferably in the Telesales industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant and confident telephone manner.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to effectively close sales.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers quickly and establish long-lasting relationships.
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
