We are looking for a professional with the following competencies:
- Tax knowledge
- Bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks experience
- Computer savvy
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in speaking and writing English
- Must be able to speak with a north American accent
- Attention to detail with excellent organization skills
- Proficient in excel and word
- Accounting experience will be preferred.
Job Duties:
As an account representative, you will be working closely with our clients to manage their accounts by:
- Addressing customer complaints and queries of assigned clients
- Collaborating with account managers and submitting reports to upper management
- You will maintain a positive working relationship with our clients, requesting information from them, and answering any questions they might have about their business accounts.
