Accounting / Inventory Specialist

We are seeking an Accounting and Inventory Specialist to join our team, Zaeem Food in the Industrial Area, of Rawat. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage accounting and inventory functions using our company's software. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, experience in inventory management, and proficiency in using accounting software.

Responsibilities:

Utilize company software to maintain accurate accounting records.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Perform reconciliations of financial data, including bank statements and vendor accounts.
Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and sales teams to optimize stock levels.
Conduct periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
