This position is responsible for all IT/Network related matters
Plan, organise, control and evaluate all IT related operations across the network and ensure uninterrupted access of such systems to all stakeholders.
Prepare/develop and implement policies and procedures for IT security systems, network systems, security policy, improve operational procedures (Sops), Account Management policy, Back-up policy and Disaster recovery plan.
Control the IT systems budgets and expenditures with relevant approvals.
Monitor the performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure (both Software and Hardware)
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system timely and eliminate the root cause of troubles.
Monitor and analyze the success of IT initiatives and projects and continually research, evaluate and implement new technologies and tools for the company
Train all Company and IT staff about new software and program.
Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources under IT infrastructure of the company.
Maintain proper error logs of all systems, servers, CCTV cameras (Live and Recording) and network breakdowns as per SBP requirements and timely execute required repairs and maintenance.
Make recommendations about purchase of new technology required to improve company processes and internal control.
Provide appropriate and safe network access and provide/set up necessary hardware for all company staff.
Record and keep 3 secure copies and Provide up to date copy of all passwords to the CEO Such as all network accounts, email accounts, server, software, emails, online portals and all other passwords as required.
Monitor and keep Up-to-date security of all technology related systems installed in the company and report any Branch immediately to the management committee via email within 2 hours of any such incident and take immediate remedial actions.
Install and maintain only relevant software on all work stations in the company and provide limited access to FLA as per the policy.
Monitor, Maintain and update all aspects of server and IT room such as Cleaning, heating, cooling, biometric access, seating place, server access, security, etc.
Provide support to all staff for timely resolution of errors and bugs so that branch operation are not disrupted.
Ensure hardware is properly inspected, stripped and data is secured before all disposals of any IT equipment
Maintain all website & Domains & updating management about any changes or improvement.
Maintaining record of all purchases, transfer and disposal of all IT equipment across the network along with quotations and negotiations proof and make sure that the same is available for audit and inspection in Asana and Wall soft.
Maintaining Company’s email server and resolving issues related to email server immediately.
Correspond with Wall soft team and departments and branches for implementation of new wall soft.
Maintain and monitor all complaints raised through Raise a Ticket and keep all logs for inspections. Assign complaints to other department on Raise a Ticket.
Other work assigned by management from time to time.
