Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Advertising & Management:

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Optimize Reels Ads, Display Ads, and Video Ads to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and implement content strategies for social media growth and engagement.

SEO & SEM Strategy:

  • Perform keyword research and optimize content for organic search rankings.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve website visibility.
  • Manage and monitor Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and shopping ads.
  • Track and analyze Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO reports.

PPC & Performance Marketing:

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns to drive lead generation and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and engagement.
  • Allocate budgets effectively across platforms to maximize ROI and reduce CPA.

Content & Video Marketing:

  • Develop engaging YouTube and Instagram Reels strategies to boost brand awareness.
  • Work with the content team to create high-performing ad creatives and video scripts.
  • Monitor trends in short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) and implement best practices.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking tools.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and ROAS to optimize campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in digital marketing, paid ads, and SEO/SEM.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Skills & Tools:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Facebook Pixel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and content creation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads Certification and Facebook Blueprint Certification (preferred).
  • Experience managing large advertising budgets and scaling campaigns.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and affiliate marketing strategies.
