Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date. Assist in filing and organizing both digital and physical HR documents securely.
Policy Compliance and Enforcement:
Help communicate HR policies to employees, such as dress codes, punctuality, and leave regulations. Monitor compliance with these policies and report any issues to the HR manager.

Employee Engagement:

Participate in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events. Collect feedback on employee experiences and suggest improvements.
Assisting with Payroll: Support payroll preparation by compiling and ensuring the accuracy of attendance and leave data.
