Assist customers in sending and receiving money transfers through various remittance services (e.g., Western Union, MoneyGram, Ria, etc.)
Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary information on remittance services and procedures.
Support the Remittance Officer in maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
Ensure compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations.
Help in resolving discrepancies and follow up on pending transactions.
Prepare daily reports and assist in reconciliation tasks.
Organize and file transaction documents for audit and compliance checks.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Branch Manager or Remittance Officer.
