Key Responsibilities:

Branch Management & Operations:

  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor education consultants and support staff.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance productivity.
  • Foster a positive and motivated work environment.

Business Development & Marketing:

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the branch’s reach.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract students and clients.
  • Organize seminars, webinars, and promotional events for student engagement.

Student Counseling & Client Relationship Management:

  • Guide students through the process of selecting appropriate courses, universities, and countries.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, institutions, and stakeholders.
  • Resolve student queries and ensure seamless application processes.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in education consultancy.
  • Prepare and present business reports to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of student applications and financial transactions.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years in education consultancy, student counseling, or branch management.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Business development and sales acumen.
  • Knowledge of international education systems and visa regulations.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
