We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Medical Equipment Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our range of medical equipment through various channels, including our website, phone calls, and emails. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our brand within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  2. Generate leads and identify potential customers through proactive prospecting efforts.
  3. Respond to inquiries from customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  4. Educate customers about our products, features, and benefits to drive sales conversions.
  5. Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
  6. Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales and secure orders.
  7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions in CRM software.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer orders.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape.
  10. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and sales performance.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Anyone without a Bachelor's degree is also encouraged to apply, experience will be preferred.
  2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and persuasively.
  4. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  5. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
  8. Willingness to travel occasionally for sales meetings, conferences, and customer visits.
