We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer to manage financial transactions, records, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in financial management, and proficiency in ODOO (preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Maintain financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Work with the finance team to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
- Utilize ODOO ERP for accounting and financial management (preferred).
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (ODOO experience is a plus).
- Ability to handle financial reconciliations, invoicing, and budgeting.
- Attention to detail with excellent record-keeping skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ODOO ERP for accounting.
- Knowledge of financial analysis and reporting tools.
