Email Deliverability Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Email Deliverability Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our transactional and promotional emails reach our customers' inboxes, improving our email performance, and enhancing overall engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze email deliverability metrics.
Troubleshoot issues related to email campaigns going to spam.
Implement best practices for email content, design, and subject lines.
Manage and clean email lists to improve engagement rates.
Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC settings to enhance domain reputation.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to optimize email strategies.Stay updated on industry trends and spam filter algorithms.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in email deliverability and email marketing.
Strong understanding of email best practices and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Amazon Aws, G-Suit.).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
