You will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding exceptional IT professionals. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and execute recruitment plans to bring in top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals through networking, referrals, and various recruitment channels.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment initiatives to attract diverse talent.
- Coordinate with external agencies and platforms as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in IT or tech-related fields.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
