We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Assistant to join our team and support our Account Managers in routine accounting tasks. If you’re eager to grow in the accounting field and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic team, this is an excellent opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Managers with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and maintaining financial records.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with reconciliation of accounts.
- Manage and update the general ledger.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in preparing tax filings and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
Requirements:
- Qualification (Masters)Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in accounting or finance-related roles is a plus.
