Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Assist in designing the overall strategy for the campaign, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Work with senior management to set specific targets, timelines, and budget allocations.
  • Help identify the target audience within the domestic market and create tailored messaging

Team Management:

  • Supervise and coordinate with various teams, including marketing, advertising, PR, and sales, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Delegate tasks and provide support to team members, ensuring everyone meets their deadlines.

Campaign Execution:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the campaign, ensuring that all materials, promotions, and events are executed according to plan.
  • Coordinate with external partners (e.g., media outlets, influencers, vendors) to implement campaign strategies.
  • Ensure that campaign content (ads, social media, email marketing) is relevant and engaging for the domestic audience.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor the performance of the campaign using KPIs such as engagement, conversions, and sales.
  • Prepare reports and present them to senior leadership, analyzing data to provide insights into what’s working and what needs improvement.

Customer and different Campaign Insights:

  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the domestic market to ensure the campaign stays relevant.
  • Collect feedback from customers and other stakeholders to inform future campaigns.

Compliance and Regulations:

  • Ensure the campaign adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements in the domestic market (e.g., advertising standards, data protection).

Process Improvement and Innovation:

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging team members to suggest and implement new ideas, tools, and technologies to optimize operations and deliver enhanced customer experiences.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for operational advancements and business growth.

Qualification & Experience

  •  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  •  At least 3+ years Experience in creating and executing campaigns on an Assistant Manager role/BPO industry experience will be highly preferred.
