  • Engage with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding our products and services.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with customers to enhance our service competitiveness.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring timely tracking and resolution of any service-related issues.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience that contributes to achieving high Quality Assurance (QA) scores.

Job Requirements:

  • A Levels/Intermediate or higher.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
