Email Support Executive

We are looking for a skilled Email Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have prior experience in email and chat support within a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and chat inquiries.
Resolve customer queries and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: Prior experience in call center email and chat support is preferred.
