Key Responsibilities:
Outreach and Engagement:Conduct field visits to designated areas to promote the bank's digital banking services. Engage with local communities, businesses, and individuals to introduce them to our mobile banking app.
Product Demonstration:Provide hands-on demonstrations of the mobile app, highlighting its features and benefits. Address any questions or concerns potential users might have.
Account Setup:Assist customers in downloading the app, registering for a new account, and navigating through its features. Ensure that the account setup process is smooth and user-friendly.
Feedback Collection:Gather feedback from users regarding their experience with the app and digital banking services. Report any issues or suggestions to the development team for continuous improvement.
Marketing Support:Distribute promotional materials and conduct small group sessions or workshops to educate users about the benefits of digital banking.
Relationship Building:Establish and maintain positive relationships with local businesses and community leaders to support the growth and adoption of digital banking services.
