We're currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to join our on-site team in Lahore, Pakistan. In this crucial role, you'll be the backbone of our HR operations, leveraging your exceptional Microsoft Excel skills to manage employee data, generate reports, and contribute to the smooth functioning of our HR department.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Maintaining and updating employee records with accuracy and confidentiality using Microsoft Excel.
  • Generating various HR reports, including attendance, turnover, compensation, and benefits data, using advanced Excel functionalities.
  • Analyzing HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Creating and managing HR-related spreadsheets and databases for tracking key metrics and information.
  • Utilizing advanced MS Excel formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, charts) to present data in a clear and understandable format.
  • Assisting with payroll processing and benefits administration by managing and manipulating data in MS Excel.
  • Supporting HR projects and initiatives by providing data analysis and reporting support.
  • Ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all HR systems and spreadsheets.
  • Collaborating with other HR team members to streamline processes and improve data management.
  • Preparing ad-hoc reports and data summaries as needed.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Proven experience in an HR operations or similar role requiring extensive use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrable, excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, functions, pivot tables, charting, data validation, and data manipulation techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
