- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems (e.g., printer issues, software malfunctions).
- Respond to help desk requests, either via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist users with setting up and configuring devices and software applications.
- Assist with user account creation, password resets, and permissions management.
- Help ensure that security protocols are followed for sensitive data and systems.
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment (computers, printers, etc.).
- Track and manage IT supplies and hardware replacement needs.
- Assist in monitoring and implementing cyber security measures (e.g., antivirus software, firewalls, and data encryption).
- Help ensure company devices are protected against malware and unauthorized access.
