We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, security, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee IT operations, strategy, project management, and team leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement IT policies, strategies, and roadmaps to support business goals.
  • Ensure alignment of IT infrastructure and applications with organizational needs.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend relevant solutions.

IT Operations & Infrastructure Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance, upgrades, and security of IT systems (networks, servers, cloud solutions).
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and third-party partners.

Cybersecurity & Compliance:

  • Implement and enforce IT security policies to protect company data and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, GDPR, SOC, or other industry regulations.
  • Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability management.

Software & Application Management:

  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise software, ERP, and CRM systems.
  • Ensure system integration and seamless data flow across departments.
  • Optimize database performance, storage, and backup solutions.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor the IT team, providing technical guidance and career development.
  • Work closely with C-suite executives, department heads, and key stakeholders to meet business objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance digital transformation efforts.

IT Budget & Resource Management:

  • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  • Oversee IT procurement and asset management, ensuring efficient resource utilization.

IT Support & Service Management:

  • Ensure a robust IT support/helpdesk system for end-user support.
  • Implement ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Monitor system uptime, performance, and SLAs with IT teams and vendors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT management, system administration, and digital transformation. 
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing (AWS, Azure), and cybersecurity
  • Experience managing ERP, CRM, and enterprise applications
  • Proven expertise in IT project management and strategic planning
  • Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills. 
  • Knowledge of data security standards, compliance regulations, and risk management
  • Hands-on experience with virtualization, DevOps, and IT automation tools.
  • Proficiency in ITIL, Agile methodologies, and service management frameworks
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues, troubleshoot, and implement solutions.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Certifications: CISSP, ITIL, PMP, AWS/Azure, CCNP, or other relevant IT certifications
  • Experience with AI, automation, and IoT technologies
  • Understanding of blockchain, big data, and advanced analytics
  • Experience with business continuity planning and disaster recovery
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise cloud migrations and digital transformation projects.
