Social Media Management Associate

We are looking for a Social Media Management Assosiate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Social Media Team, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Create engaging content aligned with brand voice and goals
Monitor and report on campaign performance, optimising based on data
Collaborate with marketing and design teams for brand consistency
Engage with the community and manage content calendars
Manage paid campaigns and track ROI
Stay updated on trends and social media tools

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications (or related)
2+ years of Social Media Management experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficiency with tools like Hoot-suite, Buffer, etc.
