In this role as a Social Media Moderator, your responsibilities include delivering effective solutions to a variety of customer inquiries using written and verbal communication, coupled with a positive demeanor. Furthermore, this role entails providing excellent customer support by answering queries related to new orders, product, service delivery requirements, billing, and any other concerns.
- Oversee social media What's app accounts management of our client company .
- Providing chat support on Social Media and moderate the messaging with company goals
- Stay current with social media trends and best practices .
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Maintaining Service Level.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years’ experience in Social Media Marketing in a Must
- Previous experience in technology sales is a plus.
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using social media platforms for business purposes.
