Social Media Moderator

In this role as a Social Media Moderator, your responsibilities include delivering effective solutions to a variety of customer inquiries using written and verbal communication, coupled with a positive demeanor. Furthermore, this role entails providing excellent customer support by answering queries related to new orders, product, service delivery requirements, billing, and any other concerns.

Oversee social media What's app accounts management of our client company .
Providing chat support on Social Media and moderate the messaging with company goals
Stay current with social media trends and best practices .
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
Maintaining Service Level.

Must Haves:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1-2 years’ experience in Social Media Marketing in a Must
Previous experience in technology sales is a plus.
Analytical and multitasking skills
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using social media platforms for business purposes.
