Key Responsibilities:

Project Design & Planning: Create and review construction designs, blueprints, and project specifications in collaboration with architects, engineers, and project managers.
Site Management & Supervision: Oversee construction sites to ensure work is being carried out according to the approved plans, timelines, and quality standards.
Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and track the usage of materials and labor to ensure projects stay within financial and time constraints.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality construction practices and adherence to project specifications and standards.
Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Address any issues that arise during construction, such as delays or unforeseen challenges, and work to resolve them promptly.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit regular project progress reports, including any updates on budgets, timelines, and issues encountered.
Structural Integrity: Conduct analysis and assessments of structures to ensure the safety and longevity of the built environment.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on construction projects (residential, commercial, or infrastructure).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering design and construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Primavera, etc.).
Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction methods, structural integrity, local building codes, and health & safety regulations.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve engineering issues on-site.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and team members.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
