Location: [Gujranwala]

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our accounting team in our manufacturing unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and providing support to the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Transactions: Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and journal entries.

2. Accounts Payable: Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices, scheduling payments, and maintaining vendor relationships.

3. Accounts Receivable: Manage accounts receivable, including processing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances.

4. General Ledger: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank statements and other financial records.

5. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

7. Audit Support: Assist in preparing for audits, including providing documentation and information to auditors.

8. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
