Office Helper

ACTED is a non-governmental organization with headquarters in Paris, founded in 1993. Independent, private and not-for-profit, ACTED respects a strict political and religious impartiality and operates according to the principles of non-discrimination and transparency. ACTED has been present in Pakistan since 1993. ACTED Pakistan programmes range from short-term emergency responses to recovery and rehabilitation, as well as longer-term development initiatives. ACTED strategy is to target vulnerable communities affected by natural and conflict-related disasters as well as lack of socio-economic development.

The Office Helper is responsible for the below responsibilities in front of the Admin & HR Department and he will report to the Area Admin & HR Assistant.·

Clean two times a day tidy offices, bathrooms, Corridors, windows glasses, and office assets (desk, tables, furniture, etc.);
Cleaning of bed sheets/ pillow covers on a biweekly basis.
Cleaning of mission rooms/ Guest House and office compound.
Ensure general cleaning of office compound;
Clean daily the office compound and make sure the garbage are collected by the collector regularly;
Serving food to guests/visitors.
Help Cook during lunch/breakfast/tea timings.
Making photocopies/scanning of office documents
Assisting in minor electrical work.
Keeping the meeting hall clean and decorated.
Performs other duties as requested.
