We're backed by deep expertise in AI, analytics, and growth marketing, and now we're looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to help us scale in Australia, the UK, and beyond.

What You’ll Do

Identify, approach, and close new B2B clients (agencies, small-medium businesses, startups)
Develop and execute a clear sales and outreach strategy
Build partnerships with digital agencies, influencers, and resellers
Manage CRM pipeline, track leads, and deliver regular reporting
Represent AdaptrixAI in client meetings, pitches, and demos
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for client success

Who You Are

2–5 years experience in B2B SaaS, digital marketing, or tech sales
Strong understanding of social media, automation tools, or AI trends
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication
Results-driven with a proven track record in sales or partnerships
Proactive, independent, and eager to grow with a startup
